2. Services

BM Silva Cleaning Services provides residential and light commercial cleaning services in Sellersville, Perkasie, Quakertown, Souderton, Telford, and surrounding Upper Bucks County communities in Pennsylvania.

All service details, pricing, and scheduling are subject to a separate service agreement or estimate provided to each client. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications on our contact form, you agree to the following SMS Terms and Conditions:

• Program Description: BM Silva Cleaning Services uses SMS messaging to send appointment confirmations, service reminders, and (with separate opt-in) promotional offers to clients who have provided consent.
• Consent: By checking the SMS consent checkbox(es) on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from BM Silva Cleaning Services at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services.
• Message Frequency: Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your service schedule. Promotional messages are sent periodically and infrequently.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

• Supported Carriers: SMS service is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement or estimate. We accept payment by the methods specified at the time of service. All prices are subject to change with notice.

6. Liability Limitation

BM Silva Cleaning Services is fully insured. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will work with you to address the issue.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper storage of items.

7. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users' access. All content on this website is the property of BM Silva Cleaning Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
